certificate of insurance.
- S. W. Madill Forestry Ltd. ensures that the cut boundary lines are marked
before any harvesting takes place, therefore preventing any infringing on your
neighbours property.
- S. W. Madill Forestry Ltd. uses experienced forest workers who have the
knowledge and discipline to ensure the forest is harvested in a responsible
manner.
- S. W. Madill Forestry Ltd. complies with local "good forestry practices"
By-laws and applies for any required permits.

will protect you and be consistent with good business practices.
- S. W. Madill Forestry Ltd. will purchase your timber either by lump sum or
by log scale, whichever you prefer.
- Lump Sum Payment is based on the value and volume of the
timberl and is paid in one sum, usually when cutting begins.
- Selling by scale is where payment is received as the logs are
scaled. A breakdown of what you will receive per species and grade is
detailed in the contract.
- A Deposit payment is always paid once the contract is signed.
